Games like Clash of Clans on Steam?
So, if you play mobile games and the like, you know what Clash of Clans is, and those type of games. And I play them all the time, including - Throne Rush, Castle Clash, Clash of Lords 2, Samurai Siege. If you have played any of those games, you know what I'm talking about - Time-based Strategy games, where you literally play for not that long, upgrade something, and wait for however long it takes for the upgrade to take.

And since those games are like MMOs and such, you can get attacked, or you can attack.

Anyway, I'm sure you know what those games are and such. Do they have any of those type of games on Steam? Whether free or you have to pay for them? And it doesn't matter if they're single player or multiplayer game. Or are such things, usually just Mobile games, or Facebook games?

Thanks!

Sorry if wrong forum to post this, don't know really.

Sounds good. I would be willing to play / buy games like this. I play those kind of games. It would be cool if they had them on steam. Do they?
This page has a good run down of most of the top games like Clash of Clans based on a quick Google search: http://gameslikefinder.com/games-like-clash-of-clans/

Looks like they are all Facebook/mobile. One option though is the Mighty Quest For Epic Loot (http://store.steampowered.com/app/239220/) which has CoC like features but really is more of a Diablo like experience.
You might check this out, haven't played it so I can't tell for sure, but it sounds like what you want.

Hmm I see, thanks for the suggestions, they look kinda fun.

Anyone else have any suggestions that are similar?

Thanks!
Battle Nation, just released. Exactly like COC but the battle is real pvp turn based.
I'm not usually one for buying those types of games, but if you like it then who am I to say no. Might as well for those who like it.
It's not exactly the same but you can try games like Age of Empire or Heroes of Might and Magic, In my opinion I think there is a kind of points in common and they are both fun.
What? I thought people hated those types of games? The person who pays the most money does the best, and if you dont pay, you have to wait a bajillion years. Anyway, you don't see those types of games on steam since PC gamers don't usually like them. Unlike mobile "gamers" who are brainwashed into thinking that pay2win games are the best.

Yeah, there's definitely no "Pay to Win" games on the PC....

Oh belive me, there are are. I meant that there arent that many that are as bad as clash of clans.
Battle Islands, My Lands, and Battle Nations are almost exactly what you're looking for.

You can't tell from looking at the store page, but the game's "optional" multiplayer (the one that's integrated in the singleplayer, not mgo) is basically CoC.

You got a FOB that people can attack while you're busy enjoying the singleplayer. You or your friends can defend it. Your FOB can be attacked while you're offline, doing things you'd rather do. And when you're sick of being punished for having a life, you can buy insurance to protect your FOB.

So yeah, basically Clash of Clans.
War of Beach also.
