Paragon isnt actually free or ?
Its in Open Beta

But thats what confuses me, people say its free of course cuz its in open beta. But what when the game is officially released ? Dont you have to buy it then ?

Maybe. It's up to Epic Games, they could leave it free the entire time if they wanted, or they could make it require payments after it gets full release as a multiplayer game they have a lot of flexibility with it (since you can only play it online).

Are Heroes free or do I need to buy them?

In Paragon, all Heroes, including all future Heroes, are unlocked and free to play. Each Hero has its own master challenge available for purchase.
