Artisan Shidenkai or hard pad?
I wanna buy a mouse pad with max glide. I heard hard pads wear down the mouse feet pretty quick, so I wanna know if the Artisan Shidenkai is almost as good as a hard pad.

Anyone experience?

I haven't used the mouse pad you named but the one I've used is Steel Series mouse pad which is the soft type. I've had 2 and only switched because the first one just got worn out at the edges because such things are just common things for mousepads of the soft type. Cost me like $10 to buy a new one so it's not expensive.

But the current one might be 2-3 years old and it's in really good shape. I don't remember how long I had the other one.

Also I believe a soft mousepad is better because it makes the mouse glide across it so easily and it should put less stress on the mouse feet.
no I need super fast mouse pad. Cloth is ♥♥♥♥ as hell. U guys all have no real idea what accuracy is I believe so u dont know what u need.
Resistence actually makes ur less accurate not more. If u use ur finger and point at something, u dont need weights attached to ur finger either to be accurate.
Resistence ruins all accuracy. And cloth pads have lots of resistence
Steel Series mouse pads do not have a lot of resistance. It actually has very little. When it was completely fresh it was like being on ice.

They are not like the old mouse pads that used a rougher textile.
