Wrongfully banned on the Cyberpunk thread

I posted a technical issue and was discussing it with several others.

Once I mentioned that I compared performance on a old pirated version of the game from long ago to the one i PURCHASED I was immediately banned and all my posts removed and the mod stated reason was

"piracy"

How? What part of technical issues was promoting piracy or even allowing it. We just compared game versions via performance.

You seem to miss the entire point of the technical issue. We weren't discussing about piracy it just happened that a statement was part of said discussion which Now i can't post any evidence of because mods clean up real nice and good.

there is no fair trial no warnings no removal of post a straight up ban for something as fickle as this when mods know damn well it wasn't even the intention of the post.

No piracy was discussed, i admitted to owning a pirated copy that doesn't break any of the rules you posted about and this is a blatant abuse of power on part of the mods

If you're stating there are problems with the game and that you are comparing it to a pirated version it is not an illogical conclusion that the argument is being made the pirate version is 'better'. Especially when there is a history of people across multiple games pointing out that anti-piracy measures affect legitimate customers, whilst those that pirate the games get the best experience.

So yes you can cry foul about the context you didn't give in the first place, but you also can't choose to ignore the broader context of gaming history.

Odd comment to make based on "i mentioned a pirated version and basically told everyone about the performance versus a purchased copy (in other words promoted the pirated version) but i did not discuss piracy" when in fact you did.

You were not wrongfully banned, you were correctly banned.
