Fake, it's a common scam.

No.

They won't give you a chance, they will just tell you it's blocked if it's Steam.

You got that because you're part of trade groups that hijack profiles to sell. Probably should leave them.

What they're trying is an API scam, likely from the fake "trade" site listed on your profile.

You've given someone your login details, and they're trying to get you to trade your items to another account.

They'll use the API to redirect the trade to a fake account that's made to look like the account you trade to.

DO NOT TRADE ANYTHING, and take the steps I've listed.

It's a scam.
And it's no wonder if you use 3rd party trading sites and advertise them in your name.
Wolf Knight Oct 24, 2022 @ 3:49pm
OP, your name is going to get changed by steam support at some point (the real steam support). they no longer tolerate accounts using the name and/or avatar to advertise 3rd party sites. each time they step in, the account gets a cooldown that keeps getting longer till you can no longer make changes. it is best to stop advertising those sites, take a guess how you compromised your account

Oof, this guy can really use some lessons about internet security. Promoting an item-scam website through his name and then needing to ask if it's legit that a (fake) moderator asks him to transfer all of his items within 30 minutes

Lol. You should stop using the internet until you become more educated. You're falling for simple scams like the site in your username. You should really stop and learn more about internet security so you don't give away something more important like your bank account.
