18ms is 18.5x times faster than 333ms.

Download 44 upload 48 ping 9 and In have lag by the way I have a good computer

Ping has nothing to do with your computer being good. Ping is the delay it takes for you to contact something over the internet. If your ping is high you're connecting to a server far away or the Internet provider you have provide with bad service.

So this isn't really something Valve can do about. If now it's about a game that Valve has made.

Check if your computer has some download/updates on softwares. Disable auto-update. If problem persists, buy a high-speed LAN Adapter... However, the first thing to do is contact your Internet service provider regarding your Download and Upload speed...
