What really makes me wonder is that fixation on Steam I've seen a couple times. I kinda-maybe-partially get the idea of collecting internet scraps but why would one exclude all options but Steam? There's sites having you fill out surveys and paying a couple REAL cents, there's Amazon's Mechanical Turk which is a great way to get internet cents but it has, for some ♥♥♥♥♥♥-up reason, to be Steam.

Just think about that for a moment...
Obviously nothing we say is going to change your mind, and you very well might never encounter any issues, but if you do don't come crying to us thinking that we, or Valve, can do anything to help you.
