My alt account got hacked, pls help me

My alt account got hacked and i can't get back on it, the hacker changed my pasword and my E-mail ( he also hacked my e-mail account ) i got back on my e-mail and from there i could see it was some Russian guy, i tried steam support but they ask the e-mail from the account but becus the hacker changed my e-mail it wont work, then they ask for the account name i did that but than they ask for your pasword but becus it got changed by the hacker i cant do that and you can click on forgot password but they ask for your e-mail thats linkt to your account but its not my e-mail but the hackers e-mail cuz he changed it and there is a second option that says i dont have acces to this account and if you click that you get back at the begining, idk what to do now i know its just an alt account but i also have bought games on that account ( by accident ofc) i dont want to lose these games pls help me.

you need to READ EVERYTHING, dont stop because you think you know what is asked for. dont assume anything, READ and understand. one of the things on the screen says "I dont have access to that"

You did not get "hacked" you did not secure your account properly, most likely giving out your account infomration on a shady scam website.

You didn't get hacked, you gave your details away to them by going on some trading site.

For some reason I find it pretty hard to belive , I am 100% sure you either logged in from a 3rd party site, used a trading site, or a discord nitro scam that promises free stuff. The Russian email, password accounts changing details is a commom scam that has been ran for years. And it has always been the users fault.

Anyway follow #1 to gain access.

You gave out your account information somewhere. It's up to you to find out where it happened.

As mentioned there is no such thing as "hacked Steam Accounts".

wel not realy but he can use my pc when i am at work so he can use my account, my games and my internet, i did log in to my alt account cuz i know he plays games and so he can't mess up my game progres

So you ARE sharing your account. You do realize that's against the Steam Subscriber Agreement?

You should make your brother his own acc and family share games to him to avoid things like this. You are at risk losing your account as it is against the user agreement to let others use your account.

Change the password to your account & go e your brother a separate one.

wel i have a new problem, to get my account back they have to provide proof of ownership, and i have never put my credit card or so linkt to that account, i always use cards from the game store to have money and ofc i trow these away afther use so i don't have any way to proof i am the owner.

Ask for a alternative way to prove it , explain this to them.
