I am having the same issues with cloud saves not syncing. Been trying to play MH Rise for the past 40min and afraid to proceed and loose progress.

Looks like it, Steam Cloud is indeed down as the time of this writing.

Samething, it started as tried to login into gta5. And, now every games don't sync no more! I turn off computer, and relog steam 3 times, and it still do the samething? Even the games that don't use steam cloud, I got a message ''Unable to Sync''? It is not suppose to give a message, if the game don't use steam cloud? I think it is more than steam cloud that is not working right now, as even game that don't use steam cloud, get the message cannot sync! And, other threads say some peoples have trouble with family sharing accounts!
We all have to wait for Steam to fix it as it is very uncommon for Steam Cloud to stop working all of the sudden. I'm only having issues with 1 game right now and it's better not to launch other games until the issue is solved.
