Error "No se encuentra el ordinal 1142"

Buenas, al iniciarse mi pc e intentar abrir el steam aparece el siguiente error: "No se encuentra el ordinal 1142 en la biblioteca de vinculos dinamicos C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe." No puedo abrir ningun juego ni el propio steam por esto, alguna ayuda porfa ?

Pd: Ya probe cerrando steam desde administrador de tareas, pero no probe con desinstalar e instalar el steam de nuevo pq tengo demasiados juegos instalados XD

Go to where Steam installed.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\

Delete everything except for "Steamapp" folder and "Steam.exe" file. Once done run "Steam.exe" and see if issue resolved.

Intente borrando lo que me dices pero el problema persiste, vuelve a aparecer la misma ventana con el error

Do you have 3rd party software messing with your installation, file or app permissions?

Check your anti virus as well, ensure it's not deleting things, and just to test, turn off realtime scan for a minute, if it scanning Steam, and stopping it from reading that might be the issue, but only one way to find out to be sure.
