Female playable character games?

Hey!
I don't mind at all play videogames and being a male character (If the main character is male, of course) but I'm looking for videogames which I can play/create as a female character. I know there are a lot of games but I want to know what games do you recommend.

In Saints Row you can create your own character, like Race, Build and gender, so you can create your own female character.

You can also choose peenus size.

Hi Luhan, the classic game Metroid is a female character. So I've heard as I've never 100% finished the game.

My game, currently on Greenlight, has a female lead and she is on the cover art. Also lots of female baddies in there too.

Steam User Logic: If there is ONE anime related game on any page on Steam anywhere, then the site has too many Anime Hentai games, even if the game they saw isn't even anime or hentai.

I see people posting Crypt of the Necrodancer on here. Fair warning, that game is ridiculously hard. But don't take my word for it, go watch the making-of video. They originally had it rigged up to a dance pad controller. ._.

Here is a partial listing of the many, many games on Steam that have female protagonists. These are just the games that I can think of when combing through my own game library.

In particular, all of the following are games with primary protagonists who are female, and none of them are "pornographic anime games" -- they lack fanservice, and none of these are even visual novels. There's one that's functionally similar to a dating sim but it's a club recruiting sim and it's not about romance.

In fact, I'm going to go one step further and even divide them based on their art style and then whether they're from Japan.
