I need help with a gift
Hi,

I bought on kinguin an assassin's Creed season pass key, steam version. I didn't know that this product was only for the steam original game and not for the Uplay version.... I've contacted the kinguin support after the seller gifted me (when I tried to open the gift an error appeared: insufficient privileges). Kinguin support told me to refuse the gift and I did it. I wrote to the seller of my problem but he has never answered me. I have lost 35 € or is there a way to have my money back?

Do a chargeback, and don't buy from unauthorized resellers from now on?

Via your bank, or PayPal - depending on what you made the purchase with.

I've paid via PayPal. I've just written to the Paypal support and I've asked for a recharged cause I've not received the product... I hope in a good resolution of the case. I will tell you how the issue will go. Thanks for your advices.

Ps. Don't buy keys on kinguin. They have refused my case ffs

P.S. Don't bypass the forum filter. There's a reason that site is censored on the forums. Same reason your purchase didn't work out for you.

Don't evade the filter all you are doing is giving the site free advertising. That sites name is filtered because its well known for exactly this sort of shady behaviour.

Most likely you won't get a refund from paypal because you DID receive the item.

It's not the sellers fault you can't use it, and they can't exactly re-sell the key to someone else because you know what the key is.

It's your responsibility to know what your ordering.

I've not accepted the key, as kinguin had suggested me. I don't know the key because I couldn't open it
