How to download butchers banquet to contracts2

Hi all, I may be missing something but as a owner of Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 I find it near impossible to get the download. I thought that as an owner of the game that the free addon would be there and simple to include into my game. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me what I am doing wrong because I can't get the download. Thanks in advance to all
