If it tells you to bring your concerns to Steam Support, then they are the only ones who can possibly help you here.
We are just users. You're going to need to figure out what happened to your bank account, your steam wallet, your credit card, or your gift cards. If things were removed from your libraries someone probably used a stolen or illegitimate card, which was then cancelled, or did chargebacks instead of attempting a regular refund.
If you mean you've been trying to put in humble bundle codes or other such codes not bought on steam onto your accounts, you need to only do a few of them a week or scattered over the course of time. Too many at once will trigger a cool down.
But only you know what happened, so... take it up with support after reading any other information provided to you, carefully and completely.
