Is DS4 safe to use on steam ? No Vac-Bans/Anticheat-bans for it ?

I don't want to break any guidelines and hopefully asking this question doesn't break any guidelines and if it does i am sorry and i will delete the post, but i really would appreciate opinions from more people about it since i care a lot about steam and playing online and i don't want to risk getting banned or getting a vac ban.

If this isn't the correct place for this topic i would appreciate if it got moved where it should be,i very much would appreciate some words of reassurance about it since i am very afraid of doing stuff that may cause problems.

I would very appreciate more people's opinions on the matter.

Thank you, if someone has already used it i would like to hear more opinions on it.
I am quite scared that if it is being used while playing a game with vac anti cheat or another anti cheat or even closed but installed on your hardware it may get you a ban, and i don't want to happen.
I'm a bit skeptical when it comes to things and i would appreciate opinions from people that also have been possible used it or more input from other people from the steam community.

Just make sure you download it from the official site.

I for sure did i think,got it from github if i remember.
