What is steam OS type 700?

When I check my logins on steam which I usually do everyday because I was hacked a while back, it usually says steam os type 16 which is through the software. When I checked today, it said OS type 700. What does this mean? Can someone tell me? I am getting nervous.

ive seen this before but they mean web as in browser right? If so I dont log into my browser anymore so I might be hacked...

I think i sorted it all out because it said its coming from where I live. I might have done something with Shift + Tab that made it go to the minimized browser or something.
