Gameloft are Scammers

when is one of these game platforms going to make gameloft give support to their games! just some support or any support would be better than what they do now! this game developer has stolen heaps of money from me and they use the platform as an excuse for their lack of support when we all know its just gameloft making bad code and too lazy to fix because the game platform wont make them live up tp their contracts to support their games within reason! personally i think this is the platforms fault for not bringing the developer to task over their total lack of support and until they do all game users of steam or xbox are going to be scammed!!!

What makes you think a platform can force a developer/publisher to do anything? Valve has no say about the development of games not created by themselves.

It's also cute that you think you know what's in the "contracts".

Your issue is with Gameloft, complain towards them.

of course the platform is responsible for content played on their platform! im not sure about steam but with xbox we sign a contact that says the platform will supply a safe friendly atmosphere to play in but when they wont force game developers to actually give the support they are contracted to then of course the developer thinks they are gods and will even employ hackers to hold players back in an attempt to get actual players to pay more money to beat the cheats! and the platform is at fault for not requiring the developer to live up to their contract with both developer and game user! im not saying that steam are responsible for ingame content but they are for disrespect that developers show in giving bad if any support at all! Gameloft in particular have been getting away with this for over 20 years and no platform has ever taken them to task over this as they make money too! so while steam make money from these games without making developers give support they are just as responsible as the developer as they have been told all these years also! and what i mean by support is actual support not just a auto generated response and then nothing!

i spent $1.48 on the game to get a second build slot lol so im not overly bothered about what ive spent but others have spent thousands only to have game crash or some silly little easily fixed fault that gameloft wont even look at!
but now ive built game to a point where i may be a force but game wont load as it keeps saying i have no internet well does it look to you like i have no internet??no they realise i might get somewhere without paying much so they have blocked me so i cant put a peace sheild on and will get smashed! this is just another way for them to hold non paying players back!
and as for support from gameloft well i defy anyone to show gameloft helping anyone ever in any way!!!!
