Report a translation problem
And it's Valve's own task to detect selling / sold accounts.
And reporting works the usual way: use the "report" button. If you need to point to an external site you can add a link or screenshot, but these things may not work at all as Valve can't verify either of them.
Consider this: someone offers a Steam account on EBay. He registers an account "Kargor" on EBay to make it look even better, and puts a link to my profile into his offer., Am I selling my account? Valve has no way to verify anything.
Some times ago something similar did acctually happen -- I got a bunch of comments on profile inquiring about some hack for some game. Apparently, somebody made a Youtube video for some hack and used my profile link.
You don't.
If they make a thread or post ON Steam, sure, report it.
