Moderators are Biased

It might have happened to you. You get a warning or your comments get deleted just because you were defending your point in a discussion. The general guidelines say Moderators can ban or block someone from the Steam Community to their absolute discretion. In this thread I want to suggest that even Moderators can be biased, because they are human, so a better system should be implemented. When something depends on a single person's point of view, it is highly possible they will make mistakes. Maybe the community could vote a Moderator's decision.

Nobody needs to say that. Constructive and destructive critcism and other statements exist outside of rules. Example: If you disagree with someone and attack them personally, its destructive. If you disagree with someone and logically deconstruct their reasoning, thats constructive. No rules needed. Actuwlly, forum rules here are just applications of this concept. The rules are only there for people who cant keep it civil by themselves. Heck, I havent ever read the forum rules yet I (uusally) manage not to break them. How comes? Ruoes are mere applications of the general principle of civil discussion.

Honestly one guy attack me personally with excuses.For example says i attack that guy, over the defamate, and in real defamate me in all ways over the so many fake news on me.And now the people write less on me for that defamated thing :\ the troll win.


This because the moderator not take action.And take unwanted action only for opinions.



Edit: Honestly i lost the hope to write in the forum if cant says one joke or opinion and being attacked for this.I think write less in the future.

I dont really get what youre sayijg. Well, I get that youre attacking someone. Thats mistake on your side, however. Better not commit said mistake. When someones attacking you, report, block, move on. Dont attack.

Honestly one guy attack me personally with excuses.For example says i attack that guy, over the defamate, and in real defamate me in all ways over the so many fake news on me.And now the people write less on me for that defamated thing :\ the troll win.


This because the moderator not take action.And take unwanted action only for opinions.

Questionfor everybody: why is everybody a "troll" nowadays?

I see people using that word almost inflationary.

"You're an idiot." It's not trolling.
"Use the search function." is not trolling

Rudeness depends on one's own feelings anyway. Nowadays everyone is educated in the belief that one holds both cheeks, thanks for it and smiles well. And even if one is not actively involved in conversations, it seems as if tolerance is currently set very low and everyone is looking for something like "protection" on the Internet.

If you can't cope with normal words that aren't sugary, you don't have to complain. Not everyone wants to be your friend. Not everyone gets respect, even if he deserved it. This is not the way the world works.

The problem is so many similar in nowdays.Is better to not write i think in these dark days.
