Community Market unavailable even after verifying card??
My card was flagged after I added funds saying I needed to verify it, but even after I did and it said it was cleared I am still not allowed from making purchases until at least the 29th?? What the hell happened, is this a new sh*tty system that Valve shoved in that doesn't work?

Restrictions are in place for reasons https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1047-edfm-2932#newpay

Been like this for many years now.

I get that.. But I followed the instructions and said it removed the restrictions correctly, even when going to the main community market page the notice is gone, but when I click "I accept terms" box and hit purchase it gives me the same "Market unnavailabe" message. So this is not something wrong that I've done

I even clicked on your link and when to the verify card option again and this time there was no card that was flagged for needed verification

Did you make a purchase before the verification process was completed? If so, that would trigger a 3 day extension regardless if the card has since been verified.

I couldn't make a purchase. That was the whole issue, I needed to verify it first because I had "added fund too much" even though I just added $10 to make purchases twice before the flag

If you are trying to buy/sell TF2 items, the market has been closed for that game.
Go to the game forums to read more.

That explains it, I was trying to buy the Dancing Doe when I heard it was added. I guess it's because of that crate glitch that the whole market is going crazy

DId you add $10 from the unverified card because that would also count as a purchase and trigger the restriction.

No, it's the same card I've used for a while. I just happened to add funds in quick succession (two times) that got it flagged for verification
