I mean what do you think would happen if you did? Your not going to get free games on another platform.

I mean why would Sony give you free games for buying them from someone else?

Actually, it USED to be possible to link a Steam account to a PSN account, but it was only for one reason -- cross-play for Portal 2 on the PS3. That seems to have been discontinued now however.

A long time ago.

Valve did have a Portal 2 PS3 link to Steam. It was scrapped a long time ago and even the KB article was removed.
