Gifting a Gift Card
Hello.

I am trying to send Steam Gift Cards to a friend.
However, it says that my friend "not eligible to receive the gift."
It has been more than 24 hours that we became friends on Steam, and I was curious at first if there was an initial period to wait so people couldn't hack your account then gift themselves things.

Does anyone know what I can do? My friend won a raffle where I'm trying to give them the gift cards for.

You can purchase Steam digital gift cards for any user that you have had on your friends list for at least 3 days
