Strange name glitch

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but, I'm having a weird issue where some steam usernames are just a random string of numbers, almost always starting with 76, and when I try to go to their profiles it says "Failed loading profile data, please try again later."
It even happens on my browser, is this just a server issue or something?

It's just a server sided problem.

Refreshing the page may help.

Just server issue. Been happening for about 2 weeks now. Being Tuesday doesn't help.
