Oculus Rift S
Is it possible to look on movie on my computer?

Is it possible to play other games? Or only with the VR label?

Does it contain a cable to connect to my pc?

Yes you can watch movies with the Rift S. There are a bunch of video player apps for it.
And yes, you can play normal games on it, not just VR titles.

Basically the Rift S will show them to you on a flat screen, like if you would look at a tv.

And yes of course it contains a cable to connect to PC, the Rift S ONLY functions while connected to your PC.
If you want a VR headset that does not need a PC you need to get the Oculus Quest 2.
