I don't go to anything that is associated with Discord regardless. My internet history has zero occurrences of Discord in it.
And nothing was hidden. I saw it from the moment I viewed your post.
Once the thread is posted, it gets checked and at that point is is not visible at all by anyone but you and the mods. Once it gets approved then, we regular users can see it and that's when I did.
And I already answered the question. You can not revert your profile back to the default state "This user has not yet set up their Steam Community profile, If you know them, encourage him/her to set up their profile and join in on the gaming!"
That check doesn't 100% guarantee that the link is totally safe though. It just isn't something the filter is set to block.
Internet 101: Don't trust links from random people. Don't trust links that lead to services you might not know. Use bookmarks or type the address rather than following a link that looks "fine".

As for the rest of the links, probably not but you can try editing like the badge.
also maybe make new account and family share your games to new account that way your profile looks like youre new
