I traded my friend my inventory but only one of the three trades made it then they all the skins disppeared it says they where cancelled but i did not get the skins back

It’s not my fault it’s steam stupid trade system I send a trade so my friend who is on my friends list not this fake account who is not on my list then send the skins to him but instead they go to this account it’s not my fault it is steams

No, it's your fault for allowing your credentials to be phished and THEN confirming a contaminated trade. You've failed on both counts. They had full access to your account, they rigged the API key, added their own account to your friends list whilst impersonating your intended target and you stupidly after all this under your nose, accepted the resubmitted trade offer sent by them.

That's like giving away your front door key to a thief, getting burgled and then blaming the locks.

Correct. You confirmed the trade yourself which is what the scammers required and gave everything to them on a plate.

Yes because your account was already hijacked by the scammers duh! Seriously after all this do you not know what's going on?

- You gave away your credentials to a scam site
- Scammer responsible messaged you to bait you into making a trade
- You made a trade whilst hijacked
- Your items were stolen because you accepted a trade whilst compromised

Yeah, it's a scam site and they took the items back. Also if you accept stolen items into your inventory from 3rd party sites, your account can be locked forever for fraudulent activity.

The site captured your credentials and one of their members then baited you into a trade whilst your account was compromised so they could easily steal any items contained in the trading windows.

This is a really old scam.
