Quakecon freebies?

I've had some friends get some free stuff that is quakecon related, such as stickers and other things. Is everyone going to be getting this stuff, or do you need to do something special to get them?

It's currently offline.

They finally replied in the Twitch chat (because yeah the Stream was up but only on Twitch) that the Stream on Steam will be up at 2 PM EDT.
