Developers tag their games with genres, the rest is up to users.

You want such tags, so start tagging and see whether they even get accepted by Valve.

In case you wonder why I mean "homosexual" and "lesbian" are different, it's because I believe that homosexual are men only and lesbian is women only. Lesbian is indeed women only in case you did not know this. And I believe this is what it should be called.

Unless your the king of the world, it doesn't matter what you believe things should be called. Things are called what they are. "Homosexual" translates literally to "same sex". A couple of two women are two people of the same sex->homosexual.
