How to activate steam market with wallet funds?

Guys.. If I deposit 10USD in to my steam account, and wait for 7 days, will it give me access to community market ?
or do I need to spend some of it first on a in game purchase ???

You don't have to spend it on a game. All you have to do is click on your account name (on the top right corner), click on Account Details, then click on add funds and you should be able to spend that money on the community market immediately. Hopefully that helps you out.

Yha but I don't have access to the community market yet thats why I need access to it.. I wanna know that if I can get access after dedepositing money to my steam account and spend it all in community market. Without spending some of it on a game to gain access to the community market at the first place..?

you have to spend your own money versa paypal paysafe or another external methode

It boils down to YOU having to take money into the Steam ecosystem, one way or another.

You need to enable Steam guard to access community market. To trade/sell without hold, you need to have mobile authenticator active for 7 days.

Depositing $10 counts, as long as it was not from digital gift card.

7 days after depositing AND enabling steam guard, you should be able to use market.
