How to level up your steam level of our account for free?

finish your community badge, you need to complete all tasks listed except one. otherwise you need to trade for cards or wait for the major sales events.

it is odd that you ask since you have badges from some of the events already. did you create this account or did you get it from someone else?

Yeah i played an event but that event was showned to me by my friend I Don know from we shall check that event thing

Steam generally pops up notifications about major sales, and they might also send EMails (I don't remember).

buy cards and craft badges
thats the only way to level up
for free you can only gain two or three levels on a mostley fresh account
otherwise you wont get enough exp to level up

The next 2 sales events, Autumn and Winter will have free badges for nominating and doing tasks.

Very little. Giving/receiving award only grants 10 XP, while a level costs at least 100 XP.

They're diminishing returns though. After so many received, it goes down to 1xp per awarded content.

You get better return rate by purchasing badge.
1 badge: 1000 points, 100 XP
1 given award: 300 points, 10 XP

Also as said by #11, after reaching certain threshold, the XP per award decrease.

And XP needed per Steam level also increase. From level 0-10, you need 100 XP per level; level 10-20, you need 200 XP per level, and so on.
