Step 1. Lock your account. Not hard.

Step 2 Do the help can't login steps.

Step 3 select my account was stolen.

Step 4 click button say change my password.

Step 5 Enter in email, or put in random made up email to fail account search to give you account name search option, choose the option to search by account name, then search by account login name.

Step 6 choose I no longer have access to my steam guard.

Step 7 choose I no longer have access to this phone number.

Step 8 choose I no longer have access to this email address <--- You fail to read your number 8 which you clearly did, hence READ!!!!

Step 9 choose I forgot my password.

Step 10 fill out form, put in your details, you will need to provide proof of ownership to support when they ask you questions.

There's an "I don't have it" button for everything, including all things email. Just click "I don't have it" when asked for whatever got sent to your email and you'll proceed.

I didnt log out on steam.

So i went to account settings and i just press on Change my email and it works.

Why they dont do a Chat support like other Companys they earn Billions of Dollars?

And how the Hackers Change my Email wothout i get any notification?

I dont understand how its Possible and i hope Steam will try to Fix this.

how this hackers with this email [e-mail] can change easy my email that ending with .ch

This is a big problem for me and i never load some money on steam because that make me realy scarry.

I just find the email [e-mail] because i was in my account settings and saw it but if not and i would log out i would have a big Surprise when i want do log in again.

That usually happens when their hijack your email as well.

Because why not? It's absolutely possible to change from a .com address to a .de one for a good reason, not because the account got hijacked.

You're not scary. If you meant "scared", you should be scared that YOU have allowed that to happen. Account hijacks are, one way or another, the result of the user's mistakes.

Pro tip: don't repeat this mistake and your account will be fine. I've been keeping mine since 2003, not a single time did anything happen. It's possible, you have to want it!
