sudden achievement count rise - do steam limited games achievements count now?!
Was just adding games from a bundle as I spotted my achievement count on steam has suddenly skyrocketed. It's now on par (as far as I see) with the amount of achievements I had with all the steam limited games (that normally didn't count on the profile) as seen on my 3rd party site profiles (astats etc).
Did they just changed the Steam Limited feature to include the achievements on your profile?

Edit: It was in fact a thing for a minute. Seems like Valve was doing some things behind the scenes with the new Perfect Games list. But sadly they reverted it again to not include the limited games. Oh well, it was nice to see for the time it lasted.^^

If a game leaves the "Learning" or "Profile Features Limited" phases, the count will go up. Until then, they do not count, no.

As far as I can see, all of them. My achievement count has risen from 55% to 58% and a good 500+ games are suddenly counting. As said it's now on par with the 3rd party tracking for the limited games.

puh, it's a little hard to pinpoint, but I guess every limited game I had achievements for should do...^^
It's a hard sudden change in my count, so it should be around 500 games. So seems to affect all of them.
You may have to let the profile update by getting an achievement now or adding games to the account. Any achievement hunter (more or less) here that can verify this?

Or wait, I guess I can check by myself by playing any limited game now and getting an achievement.^^

ooh, it's gone again. I got one achievement in a limited game now, and the count dropped again to the usual. So it was just some Valve end's doing, they now reverted again. So sad...
905,538 achievements in 3200+ games with 1017 perfect games count with all limited games included for a second. lol

They did add a Perfect Games list and it can now be accessed by clicking the perfect game count # in your showcase. It might have something to do with that update.

Yep, just spotted it. It's nice, but that sudden including of all limited games was also nice. Would kinda appreciate that. It was nice to see at least for the minute it lasted... oh well...

Haha, yea, they really need to add the pages to that list again. Without the pages listing it takes forever.

Yes, as said they reverted it back to normal again. But you saw the different count on my profile at the time, did you?
I tried a random limited game's achievement and when I wanted to look if it counted, the overall stats were back to normal again...

haha, yea, that's a thing I know. They once had simple pages in there, idk why they removed them, but it's like that already for a very long time and i don't know why they never brought the pages back. Big lists like that are killing the entire client.^^
