I think some people use it to post "art". A lot of people just want attention... that wonder woman thing was some high level cringe... but it's all pretty bad honestly.

When I see one I report immediately but it's a waste of time... It seems that Valve doesn't really care because there are people who have 200+ of this type of "guide" with botted ratings. This attention seeking garbage needs to go!

I've reported a few in the past and eventually, at least one account seems to have gotten affected by it. Something along the lines of "we've taken action against etc". But thank you all for the info.

I think it's sad to know that you can just buy traction nowadays, be it on Steam, Youtube and who knows what else.
