Arcade-ish racing games with customization(like forza) that can run on a mid range laptop with integrated graphics.

Just like title said, I only have a mid range laptop (i3-1005G1, 12gb ram, Intel UHD G1) and Im getting interested in racing games. I prefer like decent graphics, physics dont really matter since im using a keyboard (why arcade style, although others still accepted) and with customization. Hopefully something heavy and specific like engine swapping/tuning, gear tunes, suspension tunes etc. Ngl as long as it has part swap/customization its okay. Its the tinkering mechanic im looking for. Any suggestion is accepted, also not limited to steam only.

Im looking for games though, not just if I can play it. Cant really know the mechanics of a game without playing it, its why I hope someone has played something like the games I asked.
