Report a translation problem
You can't add specific amounts to steam as far as I know. This is not the OP's problem, don't hijack threads, use the search feature and read steam's support pages instead.
The system needed to go through all of its motions.
I'd strongly suggest, WAITING until you see a change on the account and funds, until then don't do more.
