I hope for your sake you have at least a mouse with some additional programmable buttons and not just the $10 budget one with two buttons and a wheel.
In terms of stuff I know can be played at least to a degree mouse only:
The old original Audiosurf. Mono mode game play which is all about avoiding hitting things is very easily done with only the mouse. Basically turns music into maps to play through.
Bloons TD6, a tower defense game. Usually you'd trigger powers using keyboard shortcuts but they can be clicked on via mouse less efficiently.
Various 4x games like Civilization 5/6, Endless Space 1/2, Stellaris, etc. Not using keyboard shortcuts makes navigating to various deep menus very time consuming but these games take hours to play through anyways.
XCOM and XCOM 2. You'll probably want binds to rotate map vision more easily but these *should* be fully playable with only a mouse. Beware the RNG though. 99% chance to hit resulting in a miss with a point blank shotgun is a meme from this game for a reason.

Outside of steam - Sims, Anno 1800 or 1404, Settlers 7...
You could also get a mouse with mapped buttons on the side like the Logitech G600 that would open up ARPGs for you - Titan Quest, Diablo, Torchlight, Grim Dawn, Path of Exile, Adventures of Van Helsing. I did this before it's an OK experience so long as you're not playing competitively just chill at your own pace.
And probably MMOs that don't do WSAD for movement just enough to map your abilities if you had something you play already you might be able to continue with that sort of mouse.
A very long time ago, I started out by using the arrow keys. Because I did not know what I should be doing. So I started with multibutton mice as soon as they were available.
Might not be exactly what you're looking for but fully playable with only a mouse
From what i remember this could be playable only with a mouse, might ask in their hub if interested, also it was on sale for 4 euros some days ago.

Just about anything turn based can be played with just a mouse. When I broke my hand several months back I was in a similar situation and discovered that could mostly comfortably play just about every turn based game I had with just 1 hand for the mouse.
