reporting for flaming in csgo game

hello, how is it possible to get one warning for flaming/ insults in csgo?

can we get a vac or game ban for that?

You can't get a VAC ban for being toxic, but you very well can get a permanent game ban

If you're permabanned from the CSGO forums and now you're worried about a game ban for being toxic, you should probably evaluate your own behavior.

And the perma ban reason on csgo forum is "blank", the quote isnt even an insult nor flaming

The difference is the insults on my profile are jokes made by my friends. Also you get a blank reason if you're a nuisance everywhere on the forum.

They do get banned. Toxic people do too, and I suspect I'll be seeing you in the vac forums complaining about your inevitable game ban that you'll think is not legit.

Generally an unban is only considered if there is an improvement of behaviour.
