Steam Points Problem

Hi.
I am complaining about this Steam points in my account. Why I dont have a single points a purchase a lot of items nor Battle Pass these previous years,, Its kinda unfair to me. I really need those points to purchasing something in steam point shop. I can provide you the all transaction made by my account for proof. Kindly check this please.

Any points you acquired and did not redeem during our last seasonal event have gone away. But! You have been granted points for any purchases you've made on Steam since the end of the 2020 Lunar New Year event.

Presumably you've already got points for those purchases during previous events, if they were eligible then.

I already read all the content and information how it to gain points.. I already check also those link you post but it stated as 0 balance. Hows that possible it was already indicated that points wont expired.

According to your games badge, your last purchase was a year ago, which stated, doesnt count, hence why you got no steam points.

Purchasing something from the Steam Market, doesn't count either.

You've already been told,

You have been granted points for any purchases you've made on Steam since the end of the 2020 Lunar New Year event.

You clearly haven't done anything to earn point shop points in that time period.

Points are given for purchases made since the end of lunar new year sale 2020. Purchase before it do not count.
