Looking for non-exploration CRPG
I love CRPGs, the problem is that as I'm getting older, the amount of time I want to spend reading dialogue or exploring every pixel of the map, diminished quickly. I am looking something akin to IceWind Dale, where it was more of a Dungeon Runner, but still extremely deep party management.

Also, doesn't matter if it's not a CRPG, and a turn-based RPG, like Darkest Dungeon. What matters is small amount of sidequests and large amount of party customisation and management. Oh and I like linear experiences, like Tower of Time, but looking for something more like IWD.

Thinking about it, a TPSRPG is also an option (like the good old Bioware games: ME and DAO). Thanks!

You... may want to rein in some of the abbreviations.

What's a "CRPG" for one? Never even heard of that. Absolutely not sure what 'tpsrpg', do you mean "third person" there? I guess so given that's the option for mass effect. What is "IWD"?

sidequests are usually much better and more entertaining than any main linear quest, and ... party customization is hardly around these days.

CRPG: top down party management RPG. Think Baldur Gate or Pillars of Eternity

TPSRPG: Third Person Shooter Role Playing Game. Think Mass Effect

IWD: IceWindDale. Abbreviated as I mentioned it already

This is not party-based. It's a hack&slack

The first game feels more like a tutorial.
Played all 3. Lots of dialogue, story and sidetracking. Not what I'm looking for

The classic. Like Grim Dawn (from the same people), it can be played linearly, ignoring side quests if you want.
