Compiling a list of Games starring Dogs

Hey ho,

it is the Year of the Dog. Now I thought about playing games related to Dogs this year, but after some thought I cant recall a lot of games even having dogs in them.

So I thought about asking you lot, do you remember games which are having dogs as playable characters, as allies or are dog themed?

Please no Asset Flips, shovelware and the like.

Added Fable 3 in the list for non Steam Games for now. It seems the Game was purchasable a while ago but I couldnt find the Steam entry. (Hidden Game now?)

Update: I am an idiot, I own Fable III on Steam. But the game doesnt have a Storefront anymore, so hidden game confirmed.

Sleeping dogs (definitive edition) had a Chinese New year DLC called Year of the Snake based around new year celebrations. I know that it's not dogs and there aren't many dogs you meet in the game.

They haven't found the last one yet though.

I don't know to what extent some of these games involve dogs, but I do know that:
* Okami stars a wolf as the player-character
* Undertale has a running joke/reference/whatever involving dogs
* the Mega Man games that involve rush are: 3, 4, 5, 6 (kinda), 7, 8, and probably 9 and 10 which I'm not yet familliar with, and that covers both Legacy Collections on Steam

Furthermore, off the top of my head, I can think of the following other games that involve dogs in notable roles:
* Final Fantasy VI, where playable character Shadow has a pet dog named Interceptor
* [not on Steam] Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, where Alucard has a wolf transformation (and also wargs and one Cerberus are notable presences)
* 100% Orange Juice, where one of the four starter characters is QP, a dog-girl
* QP Shooting - Dangerous!!, a remake of the first QP Shooting game, a shmup where (that same) QP is the main character (and where she first debuted)

I also thought of Dragon Age but you've already listed that.

Most likely she does.

Also I just thought of Link's wolf form in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Not on Steam, obviously.

Also, Star Fox, of course. And by extension, Star Fox 2, Star Fox 64, and the rest of the Star Fox games. And the Smash Bros. series. Again, not on Steam.

With regards to the Orange Juice games, QP is also a major protagonist in 200% Mixed Juice. And it's on Steam.

For other stuff on Steam, there might be Dust: An Elysian Tale, but I'm not sure the player-character's species is ever confirmed, and I haven't played it so I don't know anything else about it.

Dust have a dog but caracters are almost all furries (human with animals traits). The 'dog' dude is the antagonist General Gaius. Most of the other caracters are bunny.
You can add by extension
Epistory Typing Chronicles but the dog is more a giant wolf.
