But, as I said, ususally the DLC will start installing once you have bought it.
How do you play Civ VI if you dont even know how to use the Steam library?
Also, do you own Civ VI on Steam or somewhere else? We cant see if your account owns any games since its set to private.
If you're buying games or DLC externally; you will receive a code which you must activate on your account. If you're buying direct from the store; the products you purchase will be bound to the account you are using/signed into.
With your Amazon purchase; you should have had the Steam Client installed, logged in and then activated the code you received from Amazon. The DLC would have then have been bound to the account and can be installed.
All you have to do now is buy the content from the Steam Store - make sure you buy the DLC on the account that owns the CIV VI base game.
Look on your desktop taskbar for the Steam symbol, you can right click it and choose "Library" to display your games.
Also, is the account that owns Civ VI your own or do you play it on the account of someone else?
Because it seems strange that you bought and play Civ VI on Steam but dont know how the library or game activation works. No offense.
