Get all CSGO items that are eligible as Stattrak or Souvenirs via API?

Hello,

I'm trying to build a csgo item directory, however, I'm having issues trying to figure out what items are either Stattrak or are Souvenirs. Can anybody point me in the right direction in the APIs or elsewhere to understand what items are eligible for Stattrak or are Souvenirs?

I have checked many places, including...
- https://api.steampowered.com/IEconItems_730/GetSchema/v2/?key=[API KEY]&format=json
- https://steamcdn-a.akamaihd.net/apps/730/scripts/items/items_game.a56099c5c6a6b4fd713151443278c1d2f82c86de.txt
- the items_game.txt file in csgo

I can also detect stattrak in a users inventory items by the following attribute, but I don't see the attribute in the general list of available items:
