I got a friend request from this person named Ali :3, She asked me to go to a website and enter a promocode.I said no, thinking that she would say alright, and bye, but she didn't.
Then, I got the same message again,
again, and again.
These are bots that will friend you and ask you to go to suspicious websites (The simple enter codes to get money to open cases websites) and they will spam your inbox with messages with the same messages. It's a spambot designed to get users to go to websites via direct message, spamming them. And yes, that is against the rules. If a profile like this (There are multiple, trust me) adds you, decline. If they are already in your friends list, simply block them. It's best to not get your inbox spammed with unread chat messages.

When it added me (It's a bot.) I was already suspicious because it didn't respond to my comments. I was already knowing of what their intentions was.
