Your message get archive after few months, can't view anything from the past, such in OP case wanting to see far back as 2014.

They essentially hide themselves after 3 months (90 days) since the last reply.

Any that are older than that, you have to contact support and ask for the records yourself.

You can't., The close tickets will remain there for 2 months if I remember correctly. After that, they will be deleted.
