Please follow these steps.
Do not trade anything until you've done all of them.
Scan for malware: https://www.malwarebytes.com/
Deauthorize all devices: https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change your password on a secure device.
Generate new back up codes.
Revoke the API key: https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
Or did you download some really shady stuff?
Don't lie and say you didn't even if you really did download something shady recently...
Deauthorize all devices:
i can do the malware bytes - easy as i have it already
Deauthorize all devices - says something about steamgaurd never used it so can't do this step (or not needing to)
change password - do you mean on my Steam account?
what does it mean by generate back up codes?
what does api steam web key mean - went on link and says domanie name is that my steam name?
thanks again

If there is ANYTHING in the API key space REMOVE IT, there should NOT be anything there. That is what the scammers have used to steal your account, after you gave them the login information and security keys.
I got that message from you yesterday.
Unfortunatly they got my login data - but as I am using mobile Authenticator they could not steal anything actively from my account.
What they did is that they changed/manipulated trade offers I sent into gifted trades.
I am not sure if the steam user that was the receiver of the manipulated trade offers has something to do with the hackers (I guess not, I was one of a STM bot)
The hacker also unfriended and blocked me from your friendlist.
Then it is fine - you do not need that.
I won't click on any links you send me anymore for at least the next three months. I'm sorry but this thing which happened to your profile is pretty nasty and I'll better be safe than sorry.
There are some quite impressive fake Steam login screens. If you're not wary, you might fall into their trap:
