Spectrum 2 case rare drop or still active?

Reason being it was suppose to become rare long time ago but i heard it got added to prime pool. What's the status of these cases now?

Are you sure ? because it was edited on 24 jul which is around that temporary steam market price hike. I mean i already have 3 k spectrum and would want to invest more or less based on rarity. Because there is clutch case and it could be profitable for short term maybe but i don't wanna sell my cases and regret not being able to buy at the same price

With right info and quantity you will be surprised xD i mean i had about 200$ just sitting and bought spectrum 2 and already made little bit profit. And i know its gonna be huge question is how many months
