Slow Download speeds during the sale?
I usually get around 3.6MB/s download speed. And now the summer sale is here, Im at 100KB/s. Anyone else got this issue? Let me know if you know how to fix.

No it's the same for me, maybe it's just your internet right now.

Nah, its not my internet, cause my other friends have the same issue

I have the same problem. Download speed is 120-150 bytes / sec. This is not a problem for the internet only steam servers.

Yeah I think so. Loads of people downloading games during the sale, the servers cant take it xD

It is killing all the franchise games and servers that can't update due to the high volume of downloads that they apparently couldn't make arrangements so that it wouldn't effect current customers. This is bad business and I am disgusted with the terrible planning on Steam's part in being able to support the products they sell. I have a freaking server that has to be updated for my users, who happen to be disabled veterans. 2kb/s? Are you freaking kidding me?

Yeah I totally agree, it is extremely annoying, the constant store crashes yesterday, and slow download speeds are unacceptable.

my download speed is usually up around 11.5 MB/s but right now i am at about 900 bytes/s this is beyond ridiculous and it is not my download speed every where else i cheacked via a speed test and it was sitting at 92 mb/s

Yes.. even browsing the store is painfully slow! All my other services work just as normal.
