Mount & Blade
Warhammer 40000 series
Pretty fun and challenging turn-based tactics mech game. Highly strategical in singleplayer.

One of the most critically acclaimed TBS games with some unique gameplay mechanics.

A classic which passes every test of time.
Not on Steam: Metal Fatigue. An RTS with multi-layer maps (the layers are connected) and customizable mechs.

Warhammer 40k dawn of war: Winter Assault
Warhammer 40k dawn of war: Dark Crusade
Warhammer 40k dawn of war: Soulstorm
^Any of these will be good.
Warhammer 40k dawn of war 2 is a different game mechanic, it's same as Company of Heroes.
Warhammer 40k dawn of war 3 is going back to the original game mechanic, which they left out the important things, which I don't recommend this one game.
Yup.
Stellaris second.
- Stellaris
- Rome 2 Total War
- Shogun 2 Total War
- Total War Warhammer
- Fallen Enchantress Legendary Heroes
- Victory at Sea (World War II naval warfare, someone compared it with Mount and Blade but with ships).
Better than any of the sequels and still works pretty good.
