I bought a game today and I want a refund, I have just over 2 hours. Is it likely it will be refunded?
The game runs really poorly (probably a problem with my PC not being amazing) so I want a refund. Is there a chance or no point in even trying?

select the purchase in your purchase history, then select "I have a question" and make your request there
