Any way to lift a ban?

I want to share Doom Eternal screeshots and comment on friends' but I got a ban on the forums and now I can't post or comment on screenshots and such which is stupid af imo.
Is there a way to lift a ban maybe or nahh?

Go to your community messages, click the ban notice, read it completely, and click reply.

I alrdy commented below the ban msg multiple times. The other option was to msg steam support if the ban was illegitimate which it wasn't rly cuz I came off like I was calling the person retarded even tho that wasn't my intent. I wrote multiple comments explaining my intentions and asking for maybe a few month ban cuz I was unaware other game forums bans affect all game forums bans etc. Didn't get a reply or anything tho. Tbh idc if I cant use the forum but I want to be able to post and comment on screeshots which I didnt know gets blocked if ur banned and is sorta a ♥♥♥♥ moe imo but whatever.

2. It was added to the restrictions because users who were banned had a tendency to come back and post awful nonsense because they were banned.

it says to contact support if i think the ban was wrongfully given but tbh after I read it later it did sound kinda like an insult even tho it wasn't my intention. so no i didn't. would that do any good if i did?

sry i didn't undertsand your second statement. you're talking about all forums wide ban gradual increase thing or?

2. Just game hub bans extending to all parts of the game hub.

1) I did intend it to come off as offensive. but i am english isnt my first lenguage and upon closer expection I sorta see how it could sound offensive. So, yes, I do but I doubht they'd appeal to me and lift or shorten the ban so I didn't try yet. Should I?
